This is a swim diaper, just as little swimmers disposables are swim diapers. The difference is that this is just a reusable product. Any swim diaper does not absorb #1, #1 is sterile and will go into the water regardless the diapering apperatice. Whether cloth or disposable, swim diaper or not. The point of the swim diaper is to contain #2! That is why the legs and waist have such great elastic. I would recommend you watch this video http://youtu.be/Firz7GaomOw. I would give this product a good rating, and recommend this product. Good bang for the buck compared to some other brands of swim diapers.

This is NOT a swim diaper it is a swim diaper COVER. The description does not mention that it should be worn over a regular diaper. I do not see the point of this product.
