I have 2 of the standard spring floats, and I recently purchased 2 of the recliner floats. The durability of the recliner floats does not seem to be of the same quality. I have had to take 3 of them back to the store where purchased after only 1 use each. The seam near the bottom foot rest on both sides of the float tears apart easily. I just don't feel like if I am paying $30+ for a pool float that after 1 use I should be experiencing this wear and tear. We take good care of all of our floats, they do not stay in the pool and children are not allowed to play on them. It is a super compfortable float, very relaxing and enjoyable. I think I would just rethink the placing the seams in a different location to prevent them tearing so easily.

These are great! This was my first Spring Float, & it's still going strong! I've had mine for years and never had any problem w/the mesh or anything else! I weigh over 225 lbs., & have friends who are heavier, who also use it, & it works fine for all of us! I use it all the time, too! SO comfortable and on cooler days, you can use it w/hardly getting wet at all! I bought several other Spring Floats, for when I want to be completely wet, and even can do so, w/this one, when I want to! Dries so nice and quickly and nice and light. Wish it were easier to fold up, and better directions were given for how to do that, but that doesn't take away from the great comfort of it!

I have owned several of these & have even purchased for friends. This is a comfortable lounger and have know people of 250# be able to stay above the water in this. I would purchase this a million times over.

Have had 2 recliners for 2 years--mesh gave out on one and a tear developed next to the inflatable end of the foot rest on the other at the end of the 2nd year. We are adults with no kids tearing up our toys--We rinse off the floats after use and take them out of the water until the next weekend--I wouldn't mind replacing them every 2 years if the price was lower--Also can't find them in any stores any longer!!

I have had my chair for 2 years and finally the mesh let go on the chair. It started to breakdown after about a year, but last summer was it for this chair. The pool I have has a 3 inch float/lounge area that I use this chair in and the texture of the pool just slowly ripped the mesh out the bottom. I can not find this chair in any store, so I am excited to find it online. Great job putting y'all web site on the chair!
