bought this chair as a christmas present for the family (our first pool)....put it together and tried to use it this June, it is off balance and you nearly flip backwards....would not buy. Happy with most other swimway products, not this one

We have had our floats for at least 6 years and love them. As close to weightless as one can feel. We have had to replace the seats a couple times but had no problem getting replacement seats. Rowdy kids and a trip down the river (not recommended)did the seats in but all it took was a phone call and $13 and we were back in business.

We purchased 2 of these chairs last summer. Due to a tear in the fabric the fabric is no longer attached to the frame(which is still like new). Contacted SwimWays this morning and was told they don't have replacement fabric and are not getting anymore of these chairs in. The customer service lady told me to go to a local lawn and garden store and get a lawn chair cushion and attach to my frame. Buyer beware before spending $95.

when installing the foot and head rails into the pontoons the holes that were predilled, stripped out, the holes were drilled to big or had to small screws. poor mfg of the pontoons.
