We enjoyed this product all last swim season, which in Phoenix is at least 6 months long. I contacted Swimways about getting a replacement ball and net. They sent me both for free and they arrived in a few days! This is the best customer service I have ever received from any company. I highly recommend this product and especially this company to anyone.

We purchased this basketball game three years ago. It is perfect for poolside fun. The net might fray a little but Swimways is good about sending a replacement at no charge. Well worth the price! Kids and adults love it!

I bought this pool basketball game two years ago and my grandsons have enjoyed it immensely. They destroyed the basketball with overuse and Swimways replaced it free of charge! You just don't get that kind of response these days. Exceptional company!
