Around the world, Operation Smile provides free surgery for children suffering from facial deformities. Operation Smile is about help, hope, and the human spirit.

Since 1982, Operation Smile has provided more than 2 million healthcare evaluations and over 200,000 free surgical procedures for children and young adults. Today, hundreds of thousands still need your help.
