1. How do I get a current catalog?Our catalogs are for retailers only. If you are a retailer and would like to download a catalog, click here.
2. My local retailer does not carry replacement parts for your products, where can I get them?
You may call us between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Daylight Time @ 1-800-889-7946 to place your order for replacement parts. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
3. What are the weight limits for your children's products? (Step 1 through Step 4)
Swimways does not publish a weight restriction on its children's products
Our children's products are designed for the "average-sized" child within the specified age range for the product.
4. What are the age ranges for your Step 1 -Swim Step products?
Step 1 are our introductory swim step products. These products are recommended for age ranges 9 months - 2 years. They include the tugboat, jet ski, tropical island, water buddies, and baby spring float.
5. What are the age ranges for your Step 2 -Swim Step products?
Step 2 swim step products are our beginner level products. They are designed for children between the ages of 2-4 years old.
The products include the turtle tot swim sweater, and the swim sweater.
6. What are the age ranges for your Step 3 -Swim Step products?
The Step 3 swim steps products, are pre-swim level products. They are designed for children 4-8 years old. The products include the EZ swim teacher, sandy claws swim trainer, and soft swimmies.
7. What are the age ranges for your Step 4 -Swim Step products?
Step 4 products are for swimming. Step 4 products are designed for children ages 4 years and up. Step 4 level products include the dolphin kickboard.
8. What do I do about missing parts?
Please email your request referencing the product name and the parts needed and we will be happy to send out your missing parts. You can contact us here.
9. Which products in your current product line contain latex?
The products that contain latex are the toypedos (original & twister); swim sweaters, and swimrs (little, power, and super).
10. Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes, we do offer replacement parts (hoops, nets, balls) and a variety of other parts for our products. We are unable to process secure transcations at this time. Please call us between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Eastern, Mon-Fri to process your request, or you may email us with name, areacode & telephone number, and the best time to reach you during the day (eastern time) to process your transaction.
11. What is the black foam piece that came with my Safety Seal Swimr?
This is a leg protector that can be threaded on the strap that goes between the child’s legs to protect from chaffing.
12. How do I get replacements for Hydroslide products?
Please contact Nash Manufacturing, or you may call 1-800-433-2901, for assistance.
13. How do you start the clock on the Relay Racer?
a. Remove the battery cover.
b. Remove the battery.
c. Remove the cellophane battery guard.
d. Discard the cellophane battery guard.
e. Replace the battery and battery cover.
f. Insert a coin in the slot on the battery cover to activate the timer.
14. Do you manufacture Sno Forms products?
Unfortunately, we discontinued manufacturing Sno Forms products, three seasons ago.
15. Where can I purchase paint for my Sno Forms products?
Please check with your local art supply or LillianVernon.com for a water soluble, non-toxic, chalk based paint.
16. How long will the batteries last in my Puppy Paddles?
You can expect the batteries to last approximately one hour, during continuous use. Two "AA" alkaline batteries are recommended.
17. The film will not advance in my 35mm Underwater Camera?
Please ensure that film's top threading holes are aligned with the sprockets located in the middle of the camera and the film's bottom threading holes are aligned with the sprockets located on the bottom righthand cylinder. With the film compartment door open, press your thumb against the camera advance mechanism to advance the film forward. Continue to advance the film with the door open 1 - 2 times to ensure the film is properly engaged. Close the film compartment door after you have confirmed that the film is advancing properly. Place the camera back into the waterproof housing, and secure the latch. Now you are ready to use your camera.

1. What is the height and width of the volleyball net for the poolside volleyball game? The height of the net is 24 inches and the net span (width) is up to 24 feet. |

1. How can I get the Rainbow Reef Koi to dive? The Rainbow Reef Koi is not designed to dive. The Rainbow Reef fish are designed to swim near the surface of the water. |

Spring Float®
1. How do I fold the Spring Float? Please check the Instructions here (with photos!) for detailed information on how to fold the Spring Float. 2. How do I inflate the Spring Float? The Spring Float features a super-quick Jet Valve for easy inflation and deflation. Please click here (with photos!) for detailed information on using the Jet Valve. 3. What is weight capacity for the Spring Float? The Spring Float is tested for use up to 250lbs. Remember that the human body is mostly salt water and is naturally buoyant! 4. Do I need to inflate my Spring Float before user? Yes, we recommend that the head rest pillow and outer ring be inflated before using your Spring Float in the pool, lake or ocean. Inflation takes less than one minute! Check the Instructions here (with photos!) for detailed information on inflation. 5. Do I need to deflate my Spring Float before I fold it for storage? Yes, the Spring Float must be deflated in order to fold it. Simply open the valve and pull out the valve stem to release the air. Any remaining air will be expelled as you fold your float. |
