I think this toy is broken out of the box but I am not sure. We wound it up in the pool and it turned around slightly, or maybe it was the current in the pool that turned the toy. It is either very boring or broken. I do not recomend this toy.

Danger - danger....bought these for the older grandchild and the smaller one fell on it while in the tub and got seriously hurt. Walmart puts this product in the disney play isle and not in the pool section..so it's made to look like a bathtub toy and not a pool toy. Package does not warn about it not being used in tub.
