Catalina Lounge 

I wanted to respond to anyone who had a less then positive customer service experience with Swimways. About a month ago we purchsed 2 Catalina Lounge chairs at a pool supply store. We are very happy with the purchase, the chair comfort and price are both good. One of the chairs developed a small leak in the leg rest section of the chair. I tried to patch it on my own, still leaked. Last Sunday I contacted Swimways customer service through the website, explained the issue and that we just purchased the chairs. I asked what could be done to resolve the issue and at what cost. I hadn't heard back from the company and had plans to call when to my surprise a replacement chair arrived at my home today, 4 days after I sent the e-mail contact form. It was sent no charge! This company has outstanding service and stands by their product. Very refreshing to deal with a company that cares. Thank you Swimways and we will continue to support your products.

i am very disappointed in the customer service. i emailed on saturday morning about getting a replacement bed for my 1 year old lounger, got an email on monday morning to please call. i have and cannot get the replacement for a week. i asked to have it overnighted (at my cost) so my handicap father would have his lounger for the 4th of july. no way, no how. she did not even care. will look for other brands to use in the future.

Have had my floats for about 8 years now! Needed to replace the beds because of hail:( Great Customer service!

Excellent customer service! The bed of my chair deteriorated over the summer as can be expected. I called customer service to see about ordering another, but I could ask about ordering, the operator simply said, "I'll send one right over, what is your address?" No charge, fast, efficient and super friendly.
