Part-time Sales Administrative Assistant

Named one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia by Virginia Business, Swimways Corporation is a worldwide manufacturer of leisure and recreational products located in Virginia Beach, VA. We currently have an open position for part-time Administrative Assistant in our Sales Department.

This position will keep the Sales Team organized and will assist with internal and external communication and documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain Sales Rep listings with accounts, territories, email groups and contact information
  • Manage new items listings and addendums
  • Maintain Sales Group Calendar and help to coordinate materials needed for upcoming meetings
  • Take and distribute notes for meetings
  • Assist in planning and coordination of off-site sales meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Experienced needed:

  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
