Spongex – A Division of Swimways Corporation is a manufacturer of luxury aquatic water products located in Tarboro, NC. We currently have an open position for an Administrative Assistant.
The accountabilities of this position are as follows:
- Welcome visitors
- Create and post schedules
- Run reports in ERP system
- Submit purchase orders
- Schedule meetings and travel
- Provide general administrative support such as correspondence, faxing, filing, and keeping the office organized and office supplies stocked
- Organize company events and promote corporate programs
- Provide HR support
- Prepare various reports and presentations using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Publisher
- Assist with any efforts to support the community or other charities
