The pillow was not included in my order. I notified the company and they said one would be sent within10 days. I waited the 10 days and no pillow. Contacted them again and they said they were out of pillows and it would be next season before they had any more and to pack it up and send it back for a replacement or refund. That's too much trouble as I have already put it together.
