Swimways has the best customer service/retention. I've had the 2 in 1 game for over 10 years, when a basketball or net needs replacing they do it quickly and ALWAYS, free of charge. Best Company and Products!

We've had this game for about five years and it has been a lot of fun. Used only by grown-ups who act like kids. Hard dunks and hundreds of shots have not had any impact. Yes, the nets wear out but that would be expected with any sort of nylon exposed to water and chlorine. We did manage to break one of the tabs that secures the BB goal, but that's it. Best of all is the customer service. I've never paid for a replacement net and the plastic clips were likewise replaced free of charge. If only more companies treated their customers like this!

Excellent Quality - has provided hours of fun in the sun. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING

This product has survived 2 teenage boys and their friends dunking on it for 5 years and is still going. Much more durable than you would think. A great addition to our pool. The nets shred once a year and need to be replaced.
